Handling the units:
The suction pipe shall be moved back and forth in order to get an even flow of pellets and air. The suction pot is normally filled in about 2 minutes. When the level sensor stops the vacuum cleaner, the counter weight flap valve will open and the charge of pellets flows down into the boiler room store. After 20 sec, the vacuum cleaner starts automatically.
This cycle is repeated until you shut off the electric power. The pre-separator cyclone separates up to 99% of crubs and dust before it goes into the vacuum cleaner filter bag. The cyclone can also be used for the suction of ashes.
However, never mix wooden dust with hot ashes! The start-up kit contains the basic parts. From this stage it can be extended step by step to a fully automatic system. Check our list of plug-in components.
